The infant simulators are coming . . .

Health unit revs up at McKee High School.
The unit involving the infant simulators is coming.  This year, through the wonderful support of the Staten Island Foundation,  Ralph R. McKee CTE High School was able to purchase 12 new infant simulators and 3 additional items that show the impact of shaken baby syndrome, chemical substance abuse, and fetal alcohol.
As you can see this will enable Ms. Estephan to distribute and monitor almost a full class set.  The stages of programming, testing, introducing how the infant simulators work is still to be done.

By the way, the infant simulators provide 15 different events that the students must address. Let's see how the two Health classes do spring 2015.
